- All watercraft operators must be 18 years of age and must present proof of a valid driver’s license.
- All participants must sign a waiver and receive boating safety training offered by Récréation Marine before departure. You must therefore arrive 30 minutes before departure. Your instructor will explain the operation and handling of your personal watercraft as well as safety instructions.
- Récréation Marine is not responsible for fines or penalties issued by provincial authorities.
- All necessary equipment will be provided for your rental, including gas, safety belt, and all required permits.
- Récréation Marine reserves the right to refuse anyone consuming alcohol and/or drugs.
- When a customer has made a reservation online or by phone, he must present the credit card with which he made his reservation. If the customer does not have this card, he will be required to pay for the reservation in cash.
- A valid credit card will be required at the time of rental for a security deposit and an amount will only be charged if damage occurs during the activity (deposit of $ 750 to $ 1000).
- Liability of $ 3500
- In the event of damage, the customer will have to pay the cost of repairing the equipment. The customer will receive an estimate of the repair and/or replacement costs within seven days of the event. Récréation Marine will guard the security deposit until the assessment is completed.
- Récréation Marine is not responsible for any objects placed in the trunk of the watercraft that could break or be lost.
- Récréation Marine may decide at its discretion to postpone activities and reservations to a later date due to bad weather or other unforeseen conditions.
- No refund will be made; the rental may be moved at the discretion of Récréation Marine.
